- Clary Butler, Jr. was born September 24 in Charleston. As a young man he began undergraduate studies at The Citadel in Charleston , SC. and the University of South. He received his BA from the University of Alabama 1999. Pastor Butler moved from the south to Indiana and began graduate studies at Purdue University. In 2004 he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis , IN.
